Buying Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your balance immediately – no subscription required. They are available to users on any plan, including Free.

Larger packs offer a lower per-credit rate. The Power pack offers the best value at approximately $0.12 per credit.


How to Purchase a Credit Pack

On the Web

  1. Go to Dashboard → Credits
  2. Scroll to the Top Up section
  3. Click Buy on the pack you want
  4. You are redirected to a Stripe Checkout page
  5. Enter your card details and complete the payment
  6. You are returned to your MessageFuture dashboard
  7. Your credits are added to your balance immediately

On Mobile

On iOS and Android, credit packs can be purchased directly within the app using the platform’s native in-app purchase flow (Apple App Store or Google Play). See In-App Purchases – Mobile → for details.


What Happens After Purchase

Once payment is confirmed by Stripe:

  1. A credit entry is added to your credit_buckets ledger
  2. Your credits_balance in your profile is updated immediately
  3. You receive a purchase confirmation notification in-app
  4. You can use your new credits on the very next message you finalise

There is no delay between payment and credit availability.


Credits Do Not Expire

Credits purchased via credit packs do not have a fixed expiry date. They remain in your balance until used.

Subscription credits (allocated monthly or yearly) follow the renewal cycle of your plan. If your subscription lapses, your subscription credits are not automatically removed – but no new allocation will be added until your subscription is renewed.


Refund Policy

Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once processed, as credits may have already been applied to your account. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue, contact MessageFuture support.
